Gabriel Zobo-Lebay also known as GZL- BBS was born in Congo in 1979. Like most children he spent most of his childhood playing with his peers, but due to an accident at the age of seven he had to be hospitalized for months. During this time his mother remained by his side and played music for him by her favorite artists. He listened to Bob Marley and popular music from artists from all over Africa and the world. It was at this early age that he fell in love with music. The following year, he moved to France with his family. He began playing volleyball when he was thirteen and started writing poetry at that same time. Years later that poetry would turn into lyrics, and those lyrics would transform him into the artist he is today. GZL-BBS has lived in 9 different countries and traveled to more than 20. He has been a professional volleyball player, MMA Kickboxing Muay Thai fighter, and music producer. While he was a full time athlete he also recorded and release his first album "Entre Sport et Rap" and a second unreleased recorded in french, also recorded an unreleased Italian album.
